Meet
Luke
Hi, I’m Luke, the founder of Pixel & Wire, based in Liverpool. I’ve worked in retail, tech & marketing for years, with a background in software development and digital marketing. I started Pixel & Wire to help small businesses get websites that not only look great but also work hard behind the scenes.
I know how important it is for small businesses to make a strong first impression online—especially when time and budget are tight. That’s why every site I build is fast, mobile-friendly, and easy to update. I handle everything from design to setup, so you don’t have to worry about the tech.
Whether you need a simple brochure site, an online shop, or a booking system, I’ll make sure it fits your goals and your budget. Friendly service, clear communication, and clean design—that’s what you get with Pixel & Wire.

Tech & Design
With a degree in software development and a master’s in digital marketing, I’ve worked across both creative and technical roles.
This mix means I build websites that not only look good but perform well too—fast, secure, and user-friendly from day one.
Small Business Focus
I started Pixel & Wire to help small businesses get the kind of websites usually reserved for bigger companies.
I know budgets can be tight and time is limited, so I keep the process simple, affordable, and focused on what matters most: getting results.
What You Can Expect
Clear communication, quick turnarounds, and no confusing tech talk. I work closely with every client to understand their goals and deliver a site that fits their brand, whether it’s an online shop, a booking system, or a clean one-page site.
